i would like to buy the electric attachment extension because I do not like to use the batteries for my globe. Where can I get one?

I purchased a 4.5 V power adaptor through Amazon. It fits a bit loose but it works. Was disappointed with the snow globe being shipped just in its styrofoam enclosure. I would have expected the whole thing to be packed in a cardboard box. Had to fix broken steeple on church

Music plays, you can control the volume. Or you can turn off the music and only have light and snow turned on. Or only have light on. The basic is wooden with metal sign on it.

Mine was just delivered shattered so I return for replacement to amazon or Bradford? Did not have any return instructions, I’d really like a replaceme

If you bought it via Amazon I think you have to return it to Amazon. Or you should read the Amazon policy first or ask them for help.
