Q: Would command strips hold these shelves and items?

I don't think command strips would hold these because the nail holes are too small and the metal strips are too narrow. Nails or screws would be best.

Q: Do you think double sided gorilla glue or command type trips might work? I am unable to mount with anchor bc the floor to ceiling tiles on walls

I used the wall anchors and screws provided; no glue was used. I can't say if glue or mounting tape would do the trick. Once you add items on the shelves, the tape or glue might not be strong enough to hold the shelves. I've not found a mounting tape or glue strong enough to hold whatever I am hanging on a wall, so I only add decor to wallboard walls. Sorry I can't be of more help and good luck. As awful as it might be to drill through tiles, that might be the only way to ensure the shelves stay in place without mishaps.

No they do not have preset holes in the wood.
