I chose these over oil filled gel capsules and am very pleased with them. They are pretty large as tablets go, but chewable. Taste is fine. As one other reviewer noted, the ingredients on the box differ from product page. I expressed concern to my Retina specialist about the high levels of vitamins and minerals per dose/tablet and he approved of taking only one tablet per day instead of two.

Taking care of my eyes every day

This product is touted for eye health. My ophthalmologist recommended the product so I would recommend it as well.

Easy to digest as tab is chewable. Seems to work on keeping my vision clear. Either way, has overall healthy ingredients.

I take a lot of pills each day and when my eye doctor told me I needed to take this vitamin I couldn’t stand the thought of having to swallow another pill. But these chewable ARED 2 vitamins have worked out great. They taste okay and there is no aftertaste or other after effect.
