Look. If you’re on a budget, this is completely acceptable. I don’t want to tell that there are alternative option that require you to open your controller and plug in paddles for only $10 more than this, but I will because this is just… meh.If you have larger hands, this will absolutely get in the way of normal functionality. The back paddles do work, but it’s awkward as well as X being the top paddle and O being the bottom, you’ll probably be confused due to muscle memory if you have used other paddles controllers.Idk, for the price, it doesn’t seem like much competition compared to the $10-$15 alternative options. Lower this to $20, then we definitely have a reason to buy over those.

My boyfriend likes these, he bought them to change his controller binds on Fortnite. He also uses them on COD but bought them really for Fortnite. I have an elite Xbox controller with paddles and I will say paddles are more convenient but these are the next best thing to buying a whole new controller. The only downside is the clicking of buttons when you sit the controller down.

I initially got this for my partner to use when playing Apex as I thought it may make it smoother for him..however, I tend to be the one playing with it casually for more than just fps games. It takes some adjusting and if you don't like change or seem like you can never adapt to new things then maybe this isn't for you but I notice that it does make gaming casually, feel smoother and more simple for me. It snapped on easy and there isn't any instructions but do the back first then snap the front part on.The bars aren't in the way for me at all like someone mentioned in a previous review and I have small hands but I can still find a comfortable way to hold this. Sometimes the x lever gets stuck and wants to stay being pressed down but as I'm playing with it and using it often it doesn't happen DURING my gameplay. It gives me a futuristic robot type vibe it does take some adjusting but within a couple hours it feels normal.

Attaching to the controller:The setup and attaching to the controller was easy and simple with satisfying clicks all around to ensure firm attachment to the controller.Usefulness:I wanted to try the attachment with an FPS game since the 2 back buttons are used for X and O which are the jump and slide for recent COD games. I decided to try them on COD BO3 and let me tell you, they helped me drastically compared to my previous gameplay. It took about 3 games for me to get used to the back buttons but once you have them down, it is a game changer! These are much better than purchasing an entirely new custom controller just to use back buttons when you can buy a product like this and attach them to your already-owned Dual-sense controller.
