Great for home gym
Good quality and doesn't take up much floor space. Helps me get in some extra exercises when I can't get to the gym.

Great Gym Addition
This works great, as advertised. Plenty of adjustment room.

For me, it's been perfect for increasing the frequency that I do split squats during the week.
This stand is one of my favorite pieces of workout equipment. I'm older (Gen-X), have a home gym, am extremely busy with work and family, and want to increase my frequency of split squatting during each week. My goals for lower body work are to improve eccentric control and balance as I age, increase deep squatting and deadlifting strength, increase muscle mass and strength in my glutes, hams, and adductors, increase carrying strength (spherical 150 lbs sandbag carries), and to keep a strong, long walking stride as I age. If this stand were damaged and un-useable, I would buy another one that same day.

Threads in one part are the wrong size. Yes4All completely skirts responsibility - forced to return
The media could not be loaded. Update: I contacted Yes4All for a replacement part for the defective one. I sent them the same video here showing the problem and asked that they send me a new part E. They initially responded saying that they did not see my Amazon order number and then requested I jump through all these hoops and send them all the same information that I already did: 1: the order number (didn't change of course, since I copy and pasted it directly from my order on Amazon. 2: Pictures/video of the problem (I already did that in the initial message so I sent them again.) And a copy of the invoice from Amazon.Update2: I complied with all of their requests and 4 days later and one follow up from me, not a single response from them after they initially responding to me in a few hours. So, I disassembled it, packaged it back up and sent it back to Amazon. Such a waste of time and resources for such a simple, easily fixed issue.Update 3: They finally got back to me a full week after my last message asking for an update. But, by then I had given up and returned the item to Amazon. I also forgot to mention, that a non-functional item was also missing: an end cap on top of one of the uprights. I didn't care about that, especially for the price.Update 4: Well, they finally emailed to confirm my address to send out the new part 2 weeks after initial contact. I told them to disregard, that I had already sent back the package. Two days later they sent an email telling me they sent out the part. So, there's that.Update 5: They did finally follow through with sending the needed part and it did work. Unfortunately, I had already sent back this item to Amazon. The new one I got was not much more and it was built much more sturdily. The new one has an interior metal bar running through the pad, it doesn't just float between the supports.Original: This negative review is for a completely useless single leg squat stand. The threads in one of the parts labeled 'E' are either stripped or of the wrong size right from the factory. See the video for the problem. It will screw in if the retainer pin is completely screwed in, but only hangs on by the very last thread. Not safe or functional. So it looks like it might work fine when they fit it together at the factory and ship it out.But when it gets assembled at home, the retaining pin will not stay threaded into the padded bar support because it's designed to not fully thread into the support. This is obviously a defect for this one specific part in my box. I'm guessing many others have received perfectly functional items, based on the reviews. If they can send me a new part to replace the defective one, I'll update with my results.

Important Assembly Note
The product is fine. But there is a huge hole in the assembly instructions. I ended up having to disassemble and reassemble. There is no mention in words or diagram that the two leg pieces have an "inside" and an "outside". I happened to get both legs reversed on first assembly. The "inside" does NOT have a weld fillet at the leg and post joint. Putting the "outside" weld fillet toward the center causes the posts to bend inward once the right angle support is tightened into place. The padded crossbar then does not fit. Once forced, it does not move easily.Everything worked as expected once I reassembled with the non-fillet toward the center on both legs.Strongly suggest using a 9/16" ratchet and 9/16" box wrench, not the tools provided.

I like the roller pad for Bulgarian Split squats
I just wish this stuff came fully assembled for us women because we struggle putting stuff together. It’s the standard 2 wrenches I hate so much to use both to turn one side one way and the other side the other way, drives me nuts. I like a roller pad but ver anything else for Bulgarian split squats. It’s the only way that and leg extensions to keep cellulite off your front quads. My roller is lower because I am only 5’2”, short girl problems.
