Aqua SelectA-Frame Heavy Duty 48", 52", 54" Above Ground Ladder

Purchased a “ heavy duty above ground pool ladder”Boy what a joke the advertisement was!First let’s start with the worst photo copy of blurred instructions ever , photos small and blurry with very bad description of screws and what nut to use , so had to go to u-tube video to find someone putting it together who also explains he had bad instructions!So once we spent 2 hours putting together we tried it with my daughter wght117 and watched her able all over the place because the plastic heavy duty ladder was so unstable and flexing everywhere!And wile sand was seeping into our pool because of small holes at bottom of legs ( they have u poor sand into legs as weight for keeping down) so I called company and was put on hold for supervisor, she said without pictures she / they could not refund product!I didn’t take pictures since I had to get this sand spilling piece of junk out of pool as fast as I could!!What an embarrassing company to put there customer through hoops to return money and make happy oh yeah like for future purchases they keep emailing me about ???I own a large medical device company and I I put a product out to a customer/ patient and they for ANY REASON ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT I RETURN IT ASAP WITHOUT QUESTIONING OR ARGUING!But that’s why I have a thriving business that is recommended to other doctors!

Great fit for above ground pool it does it job for getting in and out of your pool a little timely to put together but is worth it

I figured i could make it work despite bad reviews. I was wrong as were my ex- husband, neighbor, and dad. Nothing will make this thing sturdy without a full overhaul. It leans to the side as someone climbs it unless held straight by someone. The idea that sand should be added is a joke since it all leaks out the bottom holes (not sure why they're there). And the directions are terrible up follow (i looked it up on YouTube) since they are translated poorly and state to use part d while picturing part a . Do not get this ladder. It is a waste of time and money AND a safety concern.

Anyone ordering this and following the generic instructions definitely need skills, like building, lol. The directions are suspect to a degree, I was also missing some minor parts, (washers, screws?). But once I figured it out, was nice. I think it will be a great pool ladder, especially for the price. Made well, good stainless steel screws, etc. I would buy it again! You need sand to fill the legs, less then 40 lbs. But as a suggestion do not fill the inside pool legs past the top whole.

Instructions were alittle confusing,all in all great ladder,but you have to cut it for the height.

Nice ladder and really great quality. Was difficult to assemble took my husband and I 2 hours . You do need a hack saw and a 40lb bag of sand which I did not realize upon purchase. I bought this so I could slide the stairs up when not in user because my dog likes to swim but I ended up having to use a bunji chord to keep it up because it falls down due to no clip or way to secure the stairs up , which does not look nice . It would have been five stars if not for that issue which is a big one .

Finally put ladder in pool and it's very flimsy! It sways side ot side. It's not a matter of someone might fall off but more of how soon would someone if we continued to use it. This is uneseable!!!

No where as stable as described. Not the right hard where to assemble. Legs bowe when climbing ladder to get in and out of the pool.
