It is easy to use however, the app crashes easily and I have not done any big projects as yet. It cut out while I was testing the pen that came with it. When I checked, the app crashed and I had to uninstall and reinstall it. It also takes a while to write. The cutting also take some time as well. Despite that, I am having fun learning how to use it.

This has been one of my greatest purchases that I've made on Amazon. I've already made 6 tee-shirts 2 tote bags and 6 coffee cups. The price was right it was reasonablely priced. It's sturdy and does a fantastic job. Super quick too. If he I could suggest that they add some perks with purchase such as add some cricut iron on and permanent papers to practice on.

I am a beginner and didn't have any problems with this machine, it is easy to operate and creates beautiful designs without fail, Love it!

Does everything it promises, and everything I need it to do as a teacher and crafter. I was even able to use the app to make everything I need without buying and monthly memberships. You just need to get a little creative with it.

The color choice was great. My daughter is already versed with using. It was a great price. Amazon had all the extras she needed without getting the bundle with things she did not need.

My daughter is using this to create items for her wedding. Saving $$$ and having fun with her mom.

It's been almost a year since I bought the product. My complaint is actually against the support of the product and not the actual product! I contacted Cricut Customer Service on the 13th of November 2023 regarding an issue with the sensor light failing to come on sporadically and a minor defect with the unit lid cover that caused the mat to catch on (It actually damaged a few mats). Part of their absurd support is that you have to send them a video of the case number taped next to the S/N (which is on the bottom of the unit and the unit was not as easily accessible)! To the best of my knowledge, I sent them all the required information and all I can say is they ghosted me. Even after I sent another inquiry, I never heard back from the tech support agent!Fast forward to February 16th, 2024 the issue really started affecting me with the sensor light failing every other sheet that I had to cut, so I contacted their support and was lucky to be put through to a very knowledgeable agent. I spent over 4 hours chatting with her due to the absurd and rigid requirements they have before they acknowledge that the unit is defective and needs replacement. The troubleshooting of the unit took less than 30 minutes, the remainder was spent trying to take videos and pictures that did meet their requirements!For $189 product, 4 hours of my time is not worth, but it was the principal.So any buyers, be fully aware of what their support is and what you are getting yourself into!
