HORI Fighting Edge Arcade Fighting Stick for PlayStation 4 Officially Licensed by Sony

This is a great stick. I own a Quanba obsidian and madcatz te2 but I think this one is my favorite. I can't say whether or not you will prefer the Hori parts over the Sanwa but to me the stick feels very similar and the buttons feel different but good. The case itself is what's exceptional about this stick. I love the weight, a little lighter than the obsidian and te2 and the brushed aluminum top panel is perfect as it doesn't get all grimy like the plastic top panels of other sticks. The only downside I can think of is that the door on the cable storage compartment feels VERY flimsy and could break at any moment. overall I would completely reccomend it.

Decided to buy this as an upgrade from my Hori Fightstick Mini. I got my delivery two days earlier than the ETA and it came in perfect condition. The stick was new when I opened it. It's large and sits comfortably on my lap, while not being too heavy so it's really great for long hours of play. Glad I got it. The pricing on this item is extremely fair for it's amazing quality!

From the huge size to the shiny metal face, this stick has serious presence. The overall form factor offers tons of comfort. I may weigh 8 pounds but does not feel it, and the size even makes for great lap play. The Hori parts feel great in this enclosure and I was pleasantly surprised at how well my fingers lined up with the button layout. Absolutely unbeatable if you can snag it on one of the periodic sales! NO REGRETS.

Love this stick, it is VERY good quality and looks so cool. The brushed metal / black combo looks super slick and is a fresh look compared to the often busy arcade stick graphics. I am very happy with this arcade stick.My ONLY criticism is that the stock stick has a square gate. I figured I could just buy a pop in octo gate, but when I opened the back (yes, I know it voids the warranty!), I noticed it lacked the tabs to replace the gate. The stock square gate screws in, so I ended up buying a Sanwa replacement stick that I could change the gate to octo. Other than that, this stick is flawless. Love the buttons, love the look, and love the quality. It's heavy and stays put in my lap or on my table, but it's not TOO heavy. Seems like it's built to last, and the internals are done nicely. I'd say if you're on the fence, go for it! You won't be disappointed!

This is my second fight stick, the first being the Mad Catz TE2+ (which I loved, but after ~2 years started showing its problems, such as the buttons and stick starting to wear down/break and at how dirty the stick gets and needing a good cleaning). This one looked pretty neat, so I gave it a shot. It's been a few months or so now and I love it. It doesn't collect dirt/grime/oils quite like the TE2+ does, so I barely clean it up. I loved the feel and sounds of the TE2+ and this one delivers the same satisfaction. The side handles are so much more useful than anticipated. The weight is distributed very nicely, making for a quality high end feel to it. The patted bottoms to resist movement work great, no matter how much I'm moving around the fight stick doesn't go out of my lap.Very happy with this fight stick and highly recommend to anyone looking in this price range for one.

It’s good for all purpose but if you play competitively you’d need to upgrade the joystick. It’s a Square so you don’t have good diangular movement.

Controller works and feels great most of the time. Sometimes it takes a complete restart of my brand new computer for the buttons to all work right.Good weightGood cable managementGood stick
