I love to use this for my dog when I am gone or when it's time for bed. I love how it has different levels for the light. There's 12 different sounds with a touch of a button. To rain sounds, ocean to lullaby sounds. It plugs right into the wall socket or it comes with a plug. I definitely recommend!

I wanted a noise machine for my office to help cover up the sounds both coming into the office from outside as well as those that might be coming from my office...but I also wanted something small and unobtrusive. I found this product and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to install and use. Basically, you plug it into a wall outlet, hit the power button, and then cycle through the different sound options until you find the one that you like. I usually use one of the ocean/wave sounds as those seem like they blend into the background the best for my purposes, but there are several options including lullaby options for use in a baby's room. The volume controls are easily accessible on the top of the device on either side of the power button. The sound machine has helped to dampen the sound as I had hoped. If I had any complaints, I would say that this sound machine is more functional than aesthetically pleasing, and the sound can be a tad loud if you are highly sensitive to volume of sounds. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase.

I needed something for the clinic for patient privacy. Standard white noise units have the constant growl and not much control for volume. I did not want a USB unit because we are largely paperless. I did not want a floor unit for patient safety. We plugged these behind patient waiting chairs and can adjust the volume plus ambient lighting. The guitar, water, and birds are our favorites and many patients have complements how much calmer these are compared to "bad music" or other white/brown noise makers.

The media could not be loaded. I volunteer at my local humane society and the cats are so stressed out. I recommend playing a radio in the rooms but I was told that the cats chew on the cords. I found this sound machine that plugs directly into the outlet. How perfect is that?!? I bought 1 to test out in the main cat room where the cats were the most stressed & fighting & it really seems to work well, as you can see. ❤️

UPDATE: I'm very sad to report that we've now had the same issue with this twice. After leaving it plugged in for a while we removed it to take it on a vacation. On the FIRST day of the vacation I initially had trouble getting it into the wall. Thought it was just me putting it in crooked as it can be hard to see when plugging it in. Finally got it plugged in and when I went to move it to a different outlet one of the prongs got stuck in the outlet. Had to call maintenance and then had no sound machine for the duration of our vacation. I was super annoyed but thought maybe it was a fluke and so gave the company the opportunity to replace it because I liked it so much. They were very responsive and sent me a new one. Loved the new one for a few months and then removed it to take it on an overnight to a hotel. Low and behold the SAME thing happened the first evening (prong stuck in the outlet), leaving us stranded without a sound machine AGAIN. Reading through reviews I now I see this is a common quality issue and so I will not be asking for another replacement as I'm concerned about the safety hazard it may be in my daughter's room. VERY disappointed. I'm lowering the review to a 2, only giving it a 2nd star because when it's working I liked the different options, volume levels and ability to plug it into the wall. :(ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am SO excited about this sound machine. The many sound choices are pleasant and there are TWO different white noise sounds. The night light option is also great because it starts out very dim and gets brighter. And the volume control is great too, starting off VERY low and increasing. I also love that it will plug directly into the wall without a wire or can plug into a USB. We initially bought this to bring on vacation but have switched this out as our "regular" sound machine. An excellent choice.
