Really like... price, features and performance. That being said I'm an IT guy so configuration seemed easy to me right. However, if you not tech savvy this product might be a little intimidating if you are trying to do some advanced features (LACP) If you just need a good POE switch and nothing fancy then it's great for that as well.

Love these units. Full POE and Gigabit at a sweet price. The management interface is business quality and feature packed. I use these for all my POE devices at home and find them reliable as heck.

Perfect product, we needed a product that did the job but it had to be ultra quiet as most switches have fans that are not quiet at all. You can’t hear these running at all! Highly recommend!

Buyer Beware: Grey Market Product!Cisco is NOT HAPPY about servicing, supporting, or warranting these as sold by Rack- IT Solutions. It seems these are re-imported from Asia. Cisco might if you can produce sales receipts lord knows how far into the future, but otherwise you are on your own. Do you care? Up to you. But since the description isn't honest enough to tell you I think you've learned all you need to know about Rack-IT.Amazon:Is there a vendor screening process? Shouldn't this be a disqualifying behavior? Granted some of us won't care about lack of support, but should intentional misrepresentation (and lets face it, you don't "accidentally" import things from china!) be allowed?

I ordered a Cisco SG300-10PP-K9 10-Port Gigabit PoE+ Managed Switch arrived in good time unfortunately with the software disc broken in half everything else in the box looked untouched

The switch was exactly as described. The PoE makes it a perfect fit for my project. It offers all the bell and whistles that you need from a managed switch.

Very nice switch. Have not done too much with it but obviously well made and what I have done has worked perfectly. Very happy with it so far.
