This is one of the best electric, cordless trimmers sold through Amazon... have tried others and they could not withstand doing one trim session thus returning them. This trimmer is sturdy and dependable.

Light. Does what it says. Giving 4 stars cause this is for a maintained yard. If your yard is over grown (the weeds are a bit more stalky) a bit like mine the string isn’t strong enough. But for weekly up keep I think this is great

I am appalled that this thing was designed and produced. It would be a joke if it wasn’t 90+ degrees when I first (and only) used it. For starters, the cord, which is very thin, neither trimmed well or for long. And the only thing the automatic feeder did automatically was fail. I had to manually feed the line three times. Fortunately, after the third time, the battery died and my big foray into battery powered lawn equipment was at its end for the day and forever. I was outside 12 minutes. At least six minutes were dedicated to manually feeding line. My wife wants to return it. But I want to throw it in the trash, lose the money and learn the valuable lesson of buying a low price item from an unknown company. Company doesn’t sell replacement spools that I could find but that makes sense, as you will never use one full spool before you give up and go and buy a viable product from a reputable company. Buyer Beware!

I’m not one to leave reviews or even use a weed eater. But this is weed eater is amazing! I was sceptic about it being battery operated. But it’s amazing! I have a bone disease that makes things hard to carry or move around. It’s so light, much lighter than the traditional weed eater. I will be purchasing the lawnmower next. Thank you for light weight device! Also, it arrived before Amazon said it would! Thank you again!

JUst some adviceOFFER BATTERIES LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE TOOL, WITH THE TOOL, or just SAY kids toy!!Nice too design, Too bad it's incapable of performing the JOB, BECAUSE IT COMES WITH CHEAP BATTERIES, that are too small. THE MANUFACTURE SAID THEY WOULD SEND THE LARGER BATTERIES, NEVER DID!!!

It arrive timely it was well packed very easy to assemble. Was that a great price and came with the battery the spool was already attached and ready to go. I will be testing it this weekend to see how well it cuts.
