Launched in 1992, Stephan is a range of traditional French specialities including pate and cassoulet. Pate de foie is a traditional French pork pate.

pork fat, pork liver 30%, water, wheat modified starch, fresh and fried onions, salt, milk protein, spices and flavourings, wheat protein, wheat dextrose, natural aroma.

nice to have in cupboard
I bought this pâté to have some in my cupboard to make toasts for non-plan friends visits. With cornichons or pickles, tomato, it is a good quick food to serve with a drink. Ok it is not a gastronomic pâté, but for its category it is good.
