These are exactly what I wanted because I’m making my own Vanilla as well as Star Anise, Cinnamon, Orange, Lemon, Lime and Grapefruit extracts for Christmas gifts to my daughters this year. These should also work for mixing up salad dressing ingredients, for making & storing my sourdough starter, for making my Kefir, for storing popcorn kernels, or for storing things like my dehydrated herbs or veggies from the garden! TBH the storage ideas are endless! All the jars arrived in perfect condition and quickly. I’m very happy with this purchase and they were a great value for the money I spent.

I love these jars!! I have fallen down the vanilla rabbit hole hard and I love these jars for this purpose. The tall jars allow me to leave my beans intact if I wish and I love the ounces marks on the sides of the jars also!!!!
