22 - Smoker Kit for 22 Inch Weber-Style Charcoal Kettle Grills

I’ve never used a smoker for any food in my entire life. I don’t even bbq all that often. I bought this thing, followed the instructions, and on my first try smoked amazing ribs. It really worked, and was so easy to use. On my Weber 22 inch grill I found the temperature got too high at first; I had to close the vents 100% to keep it in the right range. Fix this by using a bit less charcoal than they recommended. And the water boils off a bit faster than the instructions let on, so keep an eye on that. But overall a product that does what it says it will do! Seems sturdily built, too.
