I'll drink a packet over the course of 3 hours of match play, and I can feel the difference. Probably about 15-20 percent better than just water.Also nice to have when sick and drinking is difficult.I've also used Liquid iv, but this has more salt content. No stomach issues with eithor.

I drink tons of water and sweat a lot from working in agriculture, on days where I feel sluggish one of these really help refuel my system. Unfortunately one of the packages arrived torn, but all other were unopened.

My favorite flavor from them. When I think of Tropical punch, I think of the blue cans with the red liquid from my childhood. This has more of a coconut-pineapple flavor, reminiscent of a pina colada.

I love liquid Iv, but this box was unusable. The powder was like a brick and if I did somehow manage to get some in a water bottle it would not dissolve.
