3 Dog Night
My wife and I bought this vacuum as a wedding gift with a gift card about 3 weeks ago. Neither one of us had ever had a robot vac before, so we figured if it didn't work, we weren't out any money. We have 3 dogs, two of which are heavy shedders, as well as two kids, so we were skeptical that it would be able to handle the hair and amount of dirt that accumulates on our hardwood floors. We typically have to sweep and mop the floors a few times a week. After three weeks, we are ecstatic over this vacuum. After experimenting with it to figure out how it works, we decided to let Wall E run at night, so as not to excite the dogs. Yeah, we named it Wall E. A few nights a week, we set the kitchen chairs up on the table, pick up a few loose things, and let Wall E do his thing while we sleep. Wall E does an excellent job. The vac does a great job of picking up all the dirt and debris, as well as the pet hair. If you run it on a regular basis, you don't have to worry about the vac getting clogged or overfilled with dirt. With the mop feature, we wake up to clean floors in the morning. The vacuum is pretty good about maneuvering around furniture and other obstacles, but it can get stuck under some things, so you might want to place small barriers in front of anything that the vac can get under. The remote is very easy to use and works well. We haven't tried the blue tooth function on our phones yet, but we will. One thing we discovered was that the mop pad on the bottom quickly becomes dirty and begins to smell. We hand washed it after each use, but it still looks dingy after a while. My wife found that you can buy replacement kits on Amazon that come with 4 sets each of the pads, vacuum brushes, and filters for just $20. The replacement kits should last you for at least 4 months, so it's definitely worth the money. So far, we love Wall E and the time it saves my wife and I from having to constantly vacuum and mop the floors. If this vac can handle our 3 dogs, it can probably handle your house too.

Life-changing device
We picked up this robot vacuum on sale and honestly didn't really expect much. We have had robot vacuums in the past that didn't do very well and could not handle the level of dog hair that our two large dogs generate. We have a German Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees, We get so much shedding that we get tumbleweeds within a day of doing our floors. We have all hard floors in our house and I can honestly say that this little vacuum has done an exceptional job of keeping our floors clean. We don't have Wi-Fi and so we just push the auto button on it and it cleans our floors. It cleans better than we would have normally which I was very surprised about. I'm a germaphobe and so I tend to be a thorough cleaner. It has not gotten clogged one time, It will occasionally get stuck on something. We use the mop function about twice a week and I can honestly say it does a decent job. You kind of have to babysit it while it does the mopping because you have to clean the pad 2 to 3 times per mopping session. Occasionally the mop pad will slip off and so you have to watch for that too. I would say it mops about 70% as well as our Bissell CrossWave mop does. You also have to keep your floors picked up as it doesn't really identify obstacles, mostly it just runs into them and then goes in the opposite direction. This is okay for most things but it will suck up papers and that kind of thing. Also, if you have a puppy then be very careful. We didn't watch our puppy one day and it pooped, the vacuum then proceeded to vacuum the floors but it vacuumed up the poop as well and made a giant mess. That was more our fault than the vacuum's fault, just be really aware that it will do that. All in all this vacuum has made me a perpetual convert to the idea of a robot vacuum. I don't think I will ever want to live without one ever again, it's definitely the way to help keep your floors clean. I would rate this vacuum extremely highly, I did a lot of research into robot vacuums and nearly bought one of the $1300 plus models. I feel this does about 90% of what those ones do and I picked it up at about 1/10 of the cost. Amazing device.

DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM!!!
If only negative stars were available! The vacuum worked perfectly the first two times I used it. My home is immaculate and all I wanted to do was pick up daily dust on my hardwood floors. On day three it was picking up and then dumping whatever it had picked up back on the floor. I tried troubleshooting, and that did not work. Amazon offered to send me a replacement, because I thought perhaps I might have just received a defective product. Just opened the replacement box, and it clearly was a used vacuum. The charging cord was missing, one of the manuals was missing, and the dirt box/filter actually had dust balls in it!I contacted Amazon and spoke to a representative who offered to allow me to return the product. Seriously? Initially I was told I couldn’t return the product! And I have to be responsible for getting the thing back to Amazon. Do not buy! Beware!

My first mop robot!
So far I really like this vac/mop. It’s a bit smaller than my Rhoomba, but much quieter. It cleans well (I should have ordered more mop pads😊) I have a golden retriever and get little paw prints on my tile floors, so this should help. I do need to close the doors to carpeted areas when using the mop feature, but that’s not a big issue. All in all, I’m very pleased. I did name her Gladys (after a nasty, nosey neighbor!) hehe

Meh
I'll start out with the positive first: this little machine does run for a long time. But it ain't smart, folks. Bumps into the same items over and over and over. Constantly crams itself up under things and gets struck. Other robots I have had seem to learn quickly to avoid those spots, this thing can't and needs constant babysitting. The worst seems to be that if you don't use it in connection with the app or the remote, but simply press the button on the unit, it will run around but doesn't vacuum. So nothing is picked up. Weird. I do not recommend.

Life Changer!
We’ve had other robot vacuum cleaners - let’s call it a “Shoomba” and this one beats it hands down! It’s much quieter and quicker, does a way better job and doesn’t have nearly as many hang ups and issues as our previous one! We have two dogs and three cats and it handles our floors with ease! Absolutely love it!
