poor after sales service
The chain keeps coming off the start button is faulty can't get in touch with the seller ,e mail was incorrect, doesn't answer the mobile phone number given,the spring on the starter jumps off ,in all it's very disappointing what can we do .?

Want a refund
After using it once it started to leak oil, it's draining really quick I'm guessing a seal has popped out from using it the first time from the vibration.

Save your money
Only used mine for two hours today for the first time. If I was you I would save your money and buy something elce.Went to start it up for the first time and the pull cord handle come off. The chain spins freeley when it shouldn't and the engen keeps cutting out.And to be honist the sellers are not helpful at all when you tell them about the problem!! Save you money and go somewhere elce
