I thought this was going to be the best thing for a quick shredding of potatoes and cheese. Slicing the potatoes works out pretty well, although you can’t adjust the thickness of them. The potatoes are so thin you can see right through them. Tried shredding some cheese and the cheese just kept falling apart because I don’t believe the blade was very sharp. I use the same cheese on another grater and it worked fine so it wasn’t the cheese.

OVERALL VERY NICE AND STOREABLE ITEM. EASY TO ACCESS THE EXTRA BLADES EASY TO CLEAN ALL IN ONE. STURDY AND PERFECT SIZE AND THAT EXPLAINS WHY THERE WASN'T ANY FOLDING HANDLE. DOESN'T REALLY NEED IT. BLADES ARE VERY WELL MADE AND SHARP IT. IT ACCOMPLISHES WHAT WE NEEDED DONE. THANK YOU EXCEPT MY APOLOGIZE IF IT'S NOT KLEAR TO THE EAR.
