these are good swim trunks, but they are not the heavy duty version and the drawstring is not sewn in at the back. drawstrings will come right out.

Love the short design and material; however, after the first wash the stitching on the waistband started coming apart. Not sure if this was just specific to my pair or others have experienced the same problem. Unfortuantely, I bought these for a trip to the South Pacific, where there is no Amazon, and I was gone for more than 30 days so I was out of luck as far as a return.
