I got this so that I could take more professional looking photos of my puppies. It was simple to set up, use , and take back down & store. I like that it comes with its own storage bag to put all the backgrounds and light box in. It'll be much easier for me to keep track of, with everything in the same spot. I like it so much, I'm considering buying another larger one.

I initially ordered one of these in January 2024 and it died within a few weeks, and I noticed that the cord was very hot when it failed. Well, I received the replacement and had no issues during the first three shoots I utilized it for, so I figured it was just an odd defect in the initial unit received. However, I was trying to utilize the replacement today and it turned on. However, 10 minutes later I smelled something burning. The same thing happened but this time it melted the port on the plug it was plugged into.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look elsewhere for additional options. However, if you must purchase this one DO NOT leave it unattended for the sake of your family and home!

Overall, I was completely happy with the product. It did as promise. The only minor complaint is the lighting connection. After the first time I used it, I folded it and put it away. The next time I used it, the light didn't come on. At first, I didn't believe that the light burnt out after one brief use. I checked my USB connection and power strip and ensured it was still plugged into the wall socket. The problem was that the was /connection came loose to the light. It came loose when I pushed the backboard in for added support. This is a bad design. The connector should be a click on or outside of the box. I recommend this item but be careful about the connection. I made a hole bigger so the backboard does not knock the connection loose.

Worked when it worked. But after 1 year quit working. I expected to have use of this light box for more than 1 year for the money I spent (59.99 + tax). Also, this 16x16 size is not ideal for many items… such as a pair of shoes… the sides will of the light box will show.

Great for product images for our Etsy and Shopify stores. Only negative is the silver sides throw a little darker reflection than the white background liner. I just used white cards on the sides and it's perfect.

I needed a light box that I could use for taking pics of glitter tumblers that I could easily fold down. This is the perfect size! The last one I bought was too small for bigger tumblers. I love that you can change the background colors and adjust the brightness. I’m certainly not a professional photographer, but this is perfect for my Etsy listings. Now I can throw away my ugly homemade light box. 100% recommend!
