Nice product, great customer service, but we had an issue with the toilet paper slot
This organizational tower for the bathroom is a good height and fits perfectly next to our toilet in a very narrow space. It is pleasant looking and has a fair amount of storage space. I cannot give it five stars because it does not function well with our toilet paper. The toilet paper roll we use does not easily feed through the provided spot; it will break off in pieces or sometimes not roll at all. I spoke with the company several times and they tried to remedy the issue. They were very kind and very easy to work with. Excellent customer service.

Arrives FULLY ASSEMBLED!
I had to work directly with the TaTa store to get this item to ship to Alaska (normally doesn’t) and customer service was very attentive and helpful. They worked with me to get it shipped here at an extra cost.Totally worth it as it’s attractive, fits perfectly and improved the overall look of our toilet/shower area!It’s VERY roomy as well as sturdy! Comes with the option to put wheels on for ease of movement.I’ll purchase from the TaTa store again in the future. Highly recommended product!
