I make jewellery for a living, much of it delicately small and despite having had an uprated prescription for glasses, I was still struggling seeing some of the finer details I was working on. After a lot of research about the different magnifications, I decided upon this light/magnifier. It was easy to install and fix to my workbench, and it is an absolute pleasure to use, Most of all though it has solved the vision and detail problems I was having and I am back to happily producing jewellery once again. Very happy to recommend this well made magnifying lamp.

Makes working on electronics much more pleasant, I don't have to crane my neck to get close to the work any more. The lighting is excellent and I use it for light even when not using the magnifier. Nearly perfect except the lens cover does not fit very well.

really solid lamp - very bright with an easily controllable arm and a good magnifying window that you can access by flipping up a door, so it works as either a normal task light or a magnifying light.

Absolutely brilliant for close up working.A bit expensive but, Good things ain’t cheap and cheap things ain’t good!
