Q: is it fire resistant ?

This biometric fingerprint safe box is made of thick steel , but no fireproof material is added in the middle, so it is not fireproof

Q: How do i set it so i have to use both the keypad and finger print? The instructions dont say and its the only reason i got this safe.

Well it’s as I mentioned slightly confusing. It’s near the bottom of the directions and I did set it up I believe it was to press the red or green button inside then #and your code. I do not know as I said before I’m still learning I checked utube and internet. I don’t know because of how the safe opens if that is able to avoid the key still as it seems to be what turns the lock to open but I’m not positive I could be wrong. I hope this helps.

Please turn the key with your right hand while turning the knob with your left hand to see if you can open the safe. If it does not open, you can apply for a replacement. Thank you
