I liked the step-by-step guide, with examples and flow diagrams (PRISMA).

I wish this book were available 9 years ago, as I was pursuing my doctorate degree, it would have saved me hours of researching how to draft my research papers.This book gives the researcher a step-by-step guide on writing papers and research for advance degrees.I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants guidelines on how to draft insightful papers.The author gives you so much useful information. The book is not filled with a lot of unnecessary information, but information that is immensely helpful.If you are looking for a book that will enhance your writing, do yourself a tremendous favor and get this book and if you are a part of a writing team get a copy for everyone in your group.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

As a writer myself, I’m constantly looking for informative books to keep me sharp. This is one book that provides a ton of useful tips that have practical use. The examples of literature reviews are extremely helpful because they take you through each step as if you are writing the review yourself. The free online resources provided are also useful. Overall this is a really good intro to the review process.

Extremely superficial descriptions with many typos and errors. AI writing style. Not sure who this is useful for, but certainly not for anyone in humanities.

This is a very helpful guide for doing a good lit review.

If you're an active research and literary critic, I think this book would be perfect for you. It provides a great breakdown of different technical styles that you can adopt as well as a multitude of tools to help you get started. It's a quick read but jam packed with great information and useful tips.
