Initial Impression
Purchased these after both myself and my teenager daughter both had low levels. Have used for a week, no negative side effects, patch is sticky, but sticky mark comes off with with a scrub in the shower. Possibly placebo effect but occasionally I do have a very slight metallic taste, and I feel very slightly less exhausted. Time will tell. Teenager tolerates them more than taking spatone. Will update in a few weeks.

Please please read what I've written it will help you I promise!
Please please stop wasting your money lovely trusting desperate people, any patch that says it contains iron will not work,it has to be absorbed through the stomach lining,I think I have tried most everything on the market due to feeling sick with tablets etc as I'm sure you can all relate to,I am extremly anaemic I test my blood 3 times a day every day,no patch has ever shifted it at all! I mean at all! I was sucked in to this madness too,but unfortunately all i can suggest is you make huge changes to your diet, and use some quality supplements, spatone is a good one as it's easily absorbed and not sicky, floradix, and Nordic blueberry too,my best advice, take your iron supplements with citrus juice, even lemon water will suffice,it helps you absorb it so much more. Eat,salmon, haddock, beef, seafood, clams are great!,if you're veggie research the nuts,as they're extremly good, pumpkin seeds are good, sesame seeds are great,I love them in ramen or in tofu dishes,oh tofu is a good source, and obvs all your green veggies, lentils, any pulses, even baked beans! I find they boost it alot! And mushrooms, they're excellent and low cal. Try fresh herbs also, add coriander parsley to your salads, don't forget the squeeze of lemon or citrus as it will help absorbsion no end! You have 30 years of knowledge here, trust me,to get your low iron levels up its more about diet and a good supplement and knowing how to take them that will help you, don't take with dairy,or any diet pills,or any pills for acid reflux eg. Nexium omeprazole etc.. as it coats the stomach lining and you'll struggle to absorb it. Also look at low levels of folic acid, and B12 as sometimes it's not just low iron. It's more often all 3,and you need all 3 to make healthy platelets. Good luck! I really hope this has helped. X

Great idea .
I’m on my third packet of these , I haven’t had a blood test so I’ve no idea if my iron levels have improved but I hope so . I’ve found the stickers are not consistent, the first pack stuck really well , I put them on before bed and would take them off mid morning the next day . The second pack quite a few just fell off and this third pack they feel a lot thicker and stick great , I don’t mind the glue residue it normally just rubs off or using some body lotion will lift it off . I think they’re pretty good and fingers crossed they’re working.

Would be great if adhesive worked
Unfortunately doesnt stay in place long enough for me to comment on any benefits. I just notice that a few hours after applying that the patch is gone. I’ve tried their Vitamin C and Vitamin B patches including this one on different parts of my body and no luck. I’ e showered and not lotioned those body parts to see if that does it but no. Tried a plaster to see if it’s just me but an ordinary plaster stays in place. Adhesive definitely needs improving. I didn’t do any strenuous exercise either that could have caused the adhesive to stop working due to sweat. Quite disappointing, but hopefully an easy fix as such the idea would be brilliant and super helpful to people like me who are fed up taking so many pills that my body now starts to vomit them back up. Gummies are another alternative, but I don’t want to eat sweets first thing in the morning.

Some drawbacks
Overall I've rated these 5 stars as they seem to be as advertised. It may be just me, possibly even a placebo effect, but I'm sure I get a very slight metallic taste every now and again when wearing them. However, there are some minor niggles I think are worthwhile mentioning. All 30 patches come in one sealed bag within the box. You have to tear this open and it isn't resealable. So if you're planning on using these weekly and expect them to last 7 months then I'd suggest putting them inside a resealable bag.The patches are very sticky and in my experience not that easy to remove as another reviewer suggested (maybe mine just have more adhesive on them). Yes they're like a plaster in a way, but much more sticky. I would actually liken the adhesive to those sticky pads used for ECG machines and if you've ever had those on you then you know they stick very well and are a bit of a pain to get off. When I've removed the patches they pull on my skin. I wouldn't class it as very painful but its definitely uncomfortable and leaves the skin red for a while. The redness goes away after half an hour or so but the adhesive residue left behind is annoying as clothes get stuck to it and even scrubbing with shower gel doesn't remove it all straight away. Maybe its also because of where I've placed it. Consider carefully where you want to place it (also keeping in mind you need a clear patch of skin without hair).
