This is the best docking station for me
It offers every connection I need and performs everyone flawlessly.

Too expensive. Defective within 90 days, lesson learned.
I would think that for this price I would get something reliable. Worked great for 3 months then started ejecting every few minutes including all devices connected to it. Narrowed it down to this device. Removed it and everything is stable again. Don’t waste your money.

Had some problems
I had connection issues with this dock. The factory tech support was responsive, but couldn't remedy the problem because they said it was a manufacturing issue.

nearly perfect Thunderbolt 3 Docking Station
All the ports work as advertised, and I am overall happy with the Orico Thunderbolt 3 docking station. It's a big enough, although smallish, form factor with aluminum housing that keeps things cool unlike many other Thunderbolt/USB docking stations without needing a fan. I have never thought it got hot to the touch like some other thunderbolt 3/4 docking stations I have and have used. It's also much lighter than I expected it to be. Overall construction is excellent. I would like to have seen some sort of rubber/silicone feet and ability to orient flat rather than just upright. You could lay on its side without the stand, but you should put some rubber/silicone feet under it. I'm sure some people may have a need for S/PDIF, but it's really a waste of a port and space. I'd rather have a second LAN port like a 2.5GbE or HDMI port. Last, since this is a newer docking station, I don't understand why it only has SD 2.0/TF UHS-I rather than SD 4.0 and UHS-II.

Works great for Macbook
I got the Thunderbolt 3 dock for use with my Macbook home set up. When connected to the Macbook, everything has been working well with the features of the dock I have been using: DisplayPort to a 3440x1440 ultrawide screen monitor, 1Gbps ethernet for networking, USB ports for mouse and keyboard, and the USB-C connection to the Macbook also delivers power to the Macbook.

Good until it isn't.
Everything's good until load is high, then shuts down, disconnects everything. Needs a replug afterwards.Returned it.
