Breaks at Bib After One Year
I love the convenience of an expandable and contractible hose, but you have to be realistic. The history of these hoses is simply that they are not durable or reliable in the long term. They all seem to have the same problem. They break at the faucet and leak and there is no way to fix them. I paid $100 for mine. So if you want to pay $100 a year for this convenience, go ahead. But be prepared for disappointment.

Not durable, pricey.
Purchased 100`. received July 2023, used it in 2023 and 2024 with no problem. Hooked it up last week, leaks both ends.

Quality, light weight
The weather in my zone now is over 100F, with this hoses it would save my time for waiting the water cool down before watering my plants compare to plastic one. This one is new designed, never seen the hoses without the nozzle spray attachment. I meant it already built up with a unique spray head. I am surprised how it flexible and adjustable to control the water, I use my finger to cover a little bit at the spray to make wider spray and make the water sprays not too much pressure. Although it is too long at 100’ but I can drab it easily after finish watering. Yeah, I made a right choice.

That hose that does leak?
The media could not be loaded. This is my second hose to do this!! They’re not very old!! I love the product but they are too expensive to do this so fast! It also goes against the advertisement you watch on tv!!!

Great idea, quirky in practice
So these hoses represent a quantum leap over the old plastics full of kinks and prone to leaks. They are made of expandable material that fills and expands as water enters the hose. It can take a few minutes for it to reach full extension length depending on your water PRESSURE! Then, once it’s reached full extension, and you start using the hose for watering, pressure washing, filling containers, etc. as I have done, the hose tends to lose pressure and begin to contract, and literally pull against your hand so you can no longer reach full length. The only remedy is to shut off water flow until the hose fully expands again which is really annoying if you ask me. Also, the copper tinted hardware is very flimsy and has already begun to fail. I bought a competitor brand for a fraction of the price, with similar issues, but vastly superior brass hardware, including a handy shut off valve at the far end. To give credit where it’s due, the hose is very light, not prone to kinking, and has withstood a couple drive overs by the contractors at my place, so not all bad, just needs to work out the “kinks” especially for the price before I’d buy again.

Love this Hose so Far
I really love this hose! It is light and easy to move around and I have yet to use anything but the built in nozzle, which is great. It provides lots of a super fine stream if that is what you want and being built in is really nice. I store it in a small container (bucket) by simply laying it in. It is fast and easy and it doesn't pull on my landscape lights or plants. The only con, and this is minor to me, is that to store it you have to let all of the water out of it, which takes a little longer than I like. But, being able to store it so easily is definitely worth the wait! The only I cannot speak to durability as I have not had it long enough to determine.

Good Hose Until it Broke
Good hose until it wasn't. The plastic thread-point broke when changing out the nozzle. Got a little over a year out of it before it broke.

Didn't last and no refund.
I bought this copper bullet hose last fall. I used it a couple times and put it away for the season. I got it out 2 weeks ago. Yesterday when I was watering my garden the hose sprung 5 leaks. I contacted the manufacturer and they said to contact the seller you bought it from. In this case it is Amazon. It was a 100ft hose. I loved it for it's light weight and flexibility. It is advertised as having a life time warranty. So far, I am not able to even talk to a real person or get my money back or a replacement or even a credit. So I am giving the hose a one star.
