I received exceptional, professional, and timely customer service from the Seller. I experienced a malfunction with the product. However, within, slightly over, one week after informing the Seller, I received a replacement. The product serves as one of my essential cooking tools to quickly prepare delicious and nutritious meals for my family and friends. I strongly recommend the purchase of this product as it’s a useful and efficient food preparation tool. The two 8-cup bowls that's included with the product are attractive and comes in handy when separating different food types (i.e., vegetables, meats, fruits, nuts), during the meal preparation process. This is a very functional and easy to use food processor. I had used many other products before but this is by far the best. I love the fact that it has 2 different bowls and 2 different sets of blades. The engine sits on top of the lid which is a great design: easy to place and remove and doesn't get dirty. I highly recommend this food processor.

Very well packaged also very light I love the stuff included like you have glass bowl and stainless steel bowl it’s also easy to clean don’t take too much space to store it. The blend power of this is very strong the noise hmmm I will say when you grained that’s all you can hear but not loud noise the capacity omg a lot I put the meat veggies and blend it and it comes out good, it build good quality in this one I always use it when I’m cooking i highly recommend it

Works as expected. Excellent for the price. However, it takes me a few tries to lineup the motor on the cutter. The grinder will not work unless correctly align with the motor. Also, sometimes its difficult to remove the cutter.

Better than expected! Easy to use. Easy to clean. It’s smaller than I thought it was going to be and I actually like that, but it holds quite a bit of food and has two different bowls that you can use interchangeably but at the same time for one recipe. Appeared kind of like It wasn’t made well, but it’s quite the opposite. Five stars!

I received the food processor today and made chicken salad from a rotisserie chicken. It only took seconds to drop the chicken. My only word of caution is the blades are extremely, extremely sharp. I'm typing with three Band-Aids on my thumb. Be extremely careful when you take the guards off and put them back on and when you're washing it I highly recommend gloves so far. I'm 100% happy with it.

The clear container is glass, very easy to clean, very nice. No leakage. I dont have it for a long time yet, I dont know about durability, but it works perfectly so far. Love it.

I’ve never heard of this brand and was skeptical at first. However, when I used it to grind raw meat, it exceeded my expectations. No more buying ground meat at the grocery store. I can finally process my own ground meat.
