Prompt delivery in a very posh box so no damage there. Used it with USB and SD cards to transfer files and photos. USB link to RHD to play videos. No problems, easy to use, compact to carry around. Plastic cap to protect the USB connector is a neat idea. Haven't tried the HMDI slot yet but I don't anticipate any problems. I didn't notice how many connections it had when I saw the advert but it covers all eventualities. Sturdy casing matches the colour of my YOGA too.

It worked perfectly fine at first but after a few months use all of the ports except the USB C have broken. Totally useless. Being a student this is really annoying as I am now unable to upload work onto my computer. Don't bother buying it people, not worth it.

...but the HDMI flickers when cable is moved, the USB ports can't power a disk drive and sometimes the laptop wireless fails when plugged in (2018 MBP).

I turned to this device when the £300 device from HP didn’t work as advertised. This device does exactly what I wanted it to do - transfer the signal to my screen and provide extra usb points. It cost a fraction if the non functioning HP device. Great little product.

This converter works well at first however 2 months in 2 out of 3 of the usb's have stoped working and the HDMI fails randomly.

The product is a fantastic hub that I have used daily since upgrading to a new MacBook Pro with only USB c connectivity. Suddenly the hub stopped working. I contacted the seller and after giving them some additional information, a replacement was dispatched very quickly.Super customer service!!!

Returning as I can't use it without my wifi being knocked out - useless bit of kit doesn't matter that it's well made.

Was working great, but when trying to do anything online its making my devices internet really strange, there's also something ratling inside
