Do not hesitate to purchase.
I have been researching hand held steamers for months. There are so many to choose from, most have mixed reviews and the price points massively vary. I was looking for a 'serious' steamer and this doesn't disappoint.First impressions, it was larger than I thought and much heavier. It looks and feels like a quality item. I would argue it is great to 'throw' into a bag for travel. Whilst the size isn't the issue (it's the size of a small hairdryer) the weight would certainly be a significant consideration when travelling abroad with the check in weight restrictions. However don't let that put you off, it's a great piece of kit. Powerful and effective at getting creases out. Heats super quick. I agree with other users, I don't find the small water tank an issue at all. You can refill it and get it back to steam temperature in seconds.I would highly recommend to those unsure wether this will be any good. It is, it's superb.

Great Steamer
Oh I love my steamer as I needed it to take the creases out of a dress I got for a wedding. The dress was rolled up and thrown in a bag and it was so creased. My steamer has worked wonders and there are no creases now. Would recommend. I bought new curtains and I have used the steamer to take out creases in them.

STEAMS WELL
Love this! I hate ironing although this is a good little steamer. It steams clothes well. It only has a small water tank although am really impressed with it. If you dont want to get the iron out steams in no time! Love it!

Brilliant once you know how
This item is exactly as pictured. Well made and has a cute retro vibe to it. Yes the water tank is small but it heats up in no time at all so it doesn’t need to be larger. I can steam a whole maxi dress with one tank full. If I want to do another garment I just fill it up again and it takes only seconds to be ready. I actually like that it doesn’t store lots of water as it’s a pain having to empty out if there’s some left when you’re finished, like I had to do with my old one. The smaller tank makes this easily packable too as it lies flat. There is a knack to using this, what I do is hang the garment up on a coat hanger against my full length mirror (I bought a suction hook to hang it on) or the back of a door. It definitely works better when you have something behind the garment. I start with the sleeves every time, this seems to make it easier, you pull the sleeve taught with one hand and use the steamer with your dominant hand (I’m right handed so steamer in my right hand). I work from top to bottom and this seems to make it easier. Then I do the front top, then front bottom parts of the garments, paying attention to any button plackets or collars. If you pull the side seams out and go down them you get a nice finish. Once the front is done I flip it round and do the same on the back, then go back and go over any places I’ve missed. Takes maybe 5 mins to do a dress. Is it any better than ironing? This is fine for modern dress fabrics but if I was doing a formal shirt or a special occasion dress I would still use the iron and ironing board. You just don’t get the pristine crispness you do with the iron. For casual everyday garments it’s more than fine and means you don’t have to get the ironing board out and put it away again. I also keep one in my bedroom to give things a quick refresh if I’m wearing a second time between washes, or if they come out of the wardrobe a bit creased. It’s also really good for refreshing the cushions on the sofa after the cat has been laying on the backs and flattening them down. I give my suit jackets and my cashmere a steam before putting them away, as I don’t get them dry cleaned every time I wear them. Great for linen tops if you spray with a bit of laundry starch, let it dry then steam they stay nicer for longer. You can steam curtains while they are hanging up. I think this is a lot better than other hand steamers on the market I have tried many of them and with this one you have the reassurance of a known brand. I’m going to get one to keep at the office too.

AWESOME
This is a great bit of kit. We bought to travel to Europe for a wedding, and it has been on EVERY single trip or weekend away since. Cracking piece of kit. And light enough to take away abroad too. We love it!!!

its ok, but wont replace your iron
pretty average to be honest.it does get rid of some creases but it will not replace an iron.it doesnt leak,it stores enough water for 1 or 2 shirts and then needs a refilla longer lead would be useful as welleasy to use

Happy With It
I absolutely hate ironing, but this steamer has been a game changer. It’s compact and easy to use, and it steams clothes really well. The water tank is quite small, but that’s expected with the size. Still, I’m genuinely impressed with the results. If you don’t want the hassle of ironing, this is a great alternative!

Just what I needed
Portable and handheld, bought one to use for blocking my hand knits. Heats up really quickly, not too heavy and the cord length is just right for my purposes. Just a shame that my box was clearly a returned item as the box was clearly damaged and previously opened, plus had sticker for previous delivery. Also, there was still water residue on the water reservoir from previous use. Considering I paid for an item thinking it was brand new, just a bit disappointed - luckily it wasn’t a gift or anything like that.
