How many days should you do this for? Do you do this for 30 days or can you do it for seven days ?

I have done it for 7 full days when I have traveled and eaten out of the norm. My goal was to cleanse my body. However, I've done it for shorter amounts of days like 3 or 2 days and it worked well. It depends on what is your purpose. WARNING: I did note that once you start noticing your bowl very frequent and loose-STOP immediately. If you continue, you can become dehydrated and have a negative affect. It happened to me once - horrible. I learned and now monitor myself when I use it. I still use it after trips or when I am very constipated. Hope this helps.

Can I fast for 10 days on this product?

Omg I wouldn’t. You will be so hungry because they are strong and will really clean you out so you should replace that with proper nutrition.

Does this detox and heal the liver? Can I take milk thistle with this?

I can't answer that it heals the liver, but I use this with milk thistle vitamin daily. I am aware how pain medications can destroy your liver. That is why I use this product, along with Nature Secret's "Super Cleanse". I use both, and I've been taking them daily for about 3 years or more. I take the milk thistle, as well. I am a moderate drinker of beer, maybe a case would last me a month. But I watch when I take my pain meds and alcohol. If I find that I've drank beer too close to when I take my meds, I take a few extra milk thistle. But I would NOT double the dose of the Nature's Secret products. One of each daily makes me regular. I hope this helps in your decision.

Do you have to follow a certain diet or change eating habits?

Not really. I am becoming more health conscious as I'm getting older. More fiber in the diet, etc. I don't always eat a regular meal, but when I do I try to maintain that balance of fiber. (salads, cereal, etc.)
