Could you put a small .410 shotgun and a mossberg 12ga pump in this just to store under bed?

You could. I mainly purchased mine for taking me hunting rifle in and out of the field. It is a great value for that. The only thing I will caution against; the plastic is not sturdy. An average man/teen could break into it just with brute force or a pocket knife. I store my shotgun beside the bed loaded but it's just me and the wife.

I have a compound bow thats 48" long from end to end, is it possible that it would fit in this case ??

As a person who has bows I can say it will fit but you may have to take off the stabilizer if it is long. It may not if you a quiver attached to the bow. You should be able to fit loose arrows in the case as well, not in a quiver.
