Does this get sticky or dry out quickly? Does it stain?

Mix has to be used before the item is washed and dried, after that, the stain will be too set for it to get out, but! The Ammonia mixture might work. For hands, liquid dish soap and white vinegar work great. I keep a Qt. of the Vin. The solution in the shower and some dish detergent, liquid, not auto, Palmolive etc.

Will I still be able to use water to wash this off once done??
