I bought this book for my children but it has been great fun for us all and would make an ideal gift. A beautifully presented book with lovely ideas for fun outside. Love the concept of the 'Out Pack' with everything you need for activities, it's almost a parents survival pack! Would highly recommend this book.

Kept two ten year olds entertained while camping fab book

A wonderful book with beautiful illustrations. Fantastic ideas for getting our children outside, exploring and using their imagination.

I have loved reading this book from cover to cover. It suggests lovely unique, thoughtful ideas that will engage young children in the natural world. As a primary school teacher, I can see myself using many of the activities and particularly like 'The Outpack'. I would recommend this book to all my teacher friends and anyone who believes children learn so much from being outside.

This was given as a present for my daughter. It is such a fabulous book to help you enjoy the outdoors with your children. It is beautifully illustrated and full of little projects to keep both kids and adults entertained and enthused about nature. You don't even need to be 'outdoorsy', there are plenty of ideas for things you can find and make in your garden, just flip through until something takes your fancy! A great addition to your bookcase, although we keep ours in our rucksack ready for action!

A really lovely book. It is beautifully illustrated and it has clear instructions of what to do. It is a great gift for a child. We gave it to my son's teacher for Christmas.
