Very good shampoo and conditioner excellent results

I have never hated a conditioner more than I hate this one. I used the pervious version of this for years and loved it. The first time I used the new one I thought I didn’t rinse it all out so I tried it again and again making sure to rinse for way longer than I should have and it always leaves my hair feeling like I didn’t get it all out. Please go back to the old formula.

I've been using Kerasilk for over 20 years. I have waist-length hair and although there's plenty of it, it's super fine. With Kerasilk, it looks and feels smooth and healthy with a crazy amount of shine, yet there's no greasy feel and my hair looks full and beautiful. I promise any of you who haven't yet tried it: it's worth every penny. An added bonus - it leaves the hair smelling absolutely amazing! Total win-win.

I just received my 2nd order of this smoothing conditioner. Works wonders but it's not cheap, so I was a bit disappointed when I opened the package and it was all over the container and the little plastic bag it came in. It's expensive so needed better packaging. A good bit of it was wasted!At $68, you'd better learn how to package this if you want to continue selling it!
