I love my new delivery bag

The product is alright just the material feels like it gonna eventually break like the stitching to the satchel and the the the backpack feels really high when wearing it

I've been using this bag for about a week or so. So far the bag is perfect. As a biker I've added velcro cup holders. When the lid is sealed there hasn't been any casualties. The food stays warm and the bag evenly distributes the weight when you adjust the straps properly. The bag itself isn't heavy at all. I've gone for 5 hours and I have no back pain I hardly know it's there. I seriously recommend!

Okay, so I doordash in Brooklyn. After a terrible delivery experience I bought this bag. Initially it really improved the entire dashing experience, it’s large, spacious, and keeps things in place for the most part. However, the straps on this bag are POORLY sewn-on and will eventually rip on you when you least expect it. I’ve purchased TWO of these bags and both of them ripped in the same exact way. The first bag ripped and I assumed I had overloaded the bag so I bought a second one. The second one ripped on me after ONLY 8 trips! The heaviest item I delivered? A 3.5lb bag of puppy food. This bag can’t even hold up to a bag of kibble. Do not waste your money like me. $100 wasted on a cheaply made bag. At least if it’s a cheap bag, don’t price it at a premium! I’ve never left a review on an item before, but I had to stop others from my mistake! Sturdiness? Durability? A big fat ZERO!
