First, the plus point : The micro fibre is good. So, you get good cleaning.Now minus points:As they described, the Mop is very light. And Light weight is it's disadvantage too.1.Both rod and mop head are too light you don't get good grip on the floor. It skips and slips frequently.2.Major issue is with length of the rod .It is short (it is little short of 4 feet) so, one has to bend a bit when using. (If you are tall, this will be quite uncomfortable as you have to bend quite a bit! )There should be an option to buy one extension.3. The soft plastic cap on the top end of the stick does not sit tight.It keeps coming off while using.4. Mop head does not rotate 360° ! Don't get fooled.5. Mop head can be folded only on one side. That means You can insert the mop head in the bucket in only one direction!! Which is little disappointing.Overall it is "OK" product. I don't say it is great!!!And btw, I didn't receive the scraping tool.(which I noticed very late)

The product is not practical, it's light and flimsy, feels like it will snap, the mop pad is so thin, literally useless, A product that looks good on paper only. Not good for even a single use
