Douglas Laboratories Magnesium Taurate 400 Supplement

If you have any problem with swallowing tablets these are not for you. I have never had problems swallowing pills but these do cause difficulty. They are oval, approximately 0.9 inches long x 0.4 inches wide x 0.3 inches thick. Extremely hard so can't be readily broken. Despite a comment here, chewing them would require very strong teeth! Clinically they may be very effective but unless I can break them I can't really take them. Tomorrow I will try a hammer.! Leaving them in water for a while seems to break them up so that may be the answer., as long as they are not meant to be enteric coated (i.e pass through stomach acid intact and dissolve in alkaline gut environment).Having opened the tub and taken 3 or 4 I can't return them, otherwise I would.

Well something is working for me as my heart has been more stable since I started taking them. Yes they’re large but I just crunch them with my teeth.

Are you kidding? Never seen such huge tablets before. Will have to chop each one in half to swollow! All i can say is, they had better work.
