I go this not really believing it would do the job. But this has exceeded my expectations. Initially I was putting it on too tight so I wore it for 1 hour.I tried it the following day and was able to keep it on for 5 hours. I like that it doesn’t feel like a cage as the material is soft and breathable but very effective. And I also like that it’s not bulking and doesn’t show much with your clothes on making it easy to wear while out and about.The material although soft is sturdy and does a great job.

Got this to help with exercise routine,The quality and stretch is good but my concern is the comfort as after a while, it begins to roll, the inner skeletal structure keeps if from fully rolling but it does stick in uncomfortable places.Maybe this will work better for slimmer people with less rolls otherwise, it is a rather good product,It Velcro straps are quite durable and gives good support

I bought this to help get rid of belly fat and to use as a workout. I got 3xl, though my waist size is 46. This is just right for me. I wear it when I go for walks and around the house and it helps me activate my abdominal muscles more. You really feel the difference when you take it off. The materials are sturdy and of good quality, especially the Velcro-assisted fasteners that draw you in at the waist for extra grip. Recommended.

I was really anticipating wearing this to work because my job is active/physical and also to the gym and just in general so that in time it would have contoured my body.Not so! In fact it literally was cutting my torso in two. I got a medium and could easily have gotten a small as it's elasticated, therefore the size was not the problem. It was awful! I had to remove it while I was driving as the middle bit had ridden up, my fupa was bulging while my mid section was being cut off.I will be returning. I always purchase waist trainers, because for whatever reason I'm forever misplacing the ones I have and I just didn't want to be bothered searching, but this is a definite no no and I do not recommend, unless you're going to be standing at all times in this.

The waist trainer is well made with quality materials, I am very happy with my purchase. I have used it for two weeks now continuously under my clothes and in the gym. It fits perfectly well and very comfortable. I have other too waist trainers but this is the best I have purchased so far. I would definitely recommend it.
