Very comfortable to use ( you don’t feel it at all ) easy to remove due to the loop design, unfortunately absolutely not for heavy periods, I’m after 2 pregnancies and I’m barely leaving the house on the 2nd day of my period, my was full after 2 hours of use and I tried to sleep with it - disaster I have ruined everything even though I had a night pad… my sheet, mattress protector and the mattress itself 🫣 but I still recommend it but not for heavy use. I thought the “ring” would be helpful but it doesn’t at all. You can’t put your finger through to get the leverage to pull it out at the same time as breaking the seal.I have tried a saalt brand i could at least pull it out without spending half an hour in the toilet.May be, I don’t have good enough experience yet to learn.However, it’s good quality but just not for me.It’s a such investment to get the right one.I hope I can find my golden cup soon.

I have been looking into menstrual cups for so long and was really on the fence on whether to try one or not. Due to go on holiday and not wanting to use the period delay pill I took this with me not expecting to have much luck on the first go with people saying it took them a few goes to get it right but nope! First time and got it right! I am sooooooo impressed and over the moon this works for me!! It made my period so easy and felt like my period was shorter, so easy to pop in and take out, once in the correct position you cannot feel it at all, no leakage, I am amazed!Just take the leap ladies, you won't regret it!
