A huge improvement on "The Great Escape" and on Blur's back catalogue in general, "Blur" is the definitive rock album of the 90's. "Song 2 while simple, is a pure delight guaranteed to liven up any party, while "Beetlebum" shows Damon to be on top song writing form. Other highlights include the smashing "Country Sad Ballad Man", an accoustic dream, The eerie "I'm Just A Killer For Your Love" and the positively chainsaw like "Essex Dogs". Crammed with irresistable tunes and intelligent lyric writing skills, "Blur" is, quite frankly, excellent from start to finish. And it's British.

Me llegó una edición de US, lo cual se agradece, y en cuanto al disco es de lo mejor de Blur, para alguien que va conociendo apenas a la banda este es el álbum con el que se va a enamorar.

En la publicación indicaba que la compra incluida archivo flag y nunca se entregó.Tampoco venís en el disco .

このアルバムが出た当時、すごく驚いた。それまではもっとポップでアイドル的な印象もあったから。このアルバムではもっとガリガリ、ザクザクとした印象で、それがすごくカッコよかった。今回、あらためてこのアルバムを聴くと、その感じ方がまた変化した。英国らしさにこだわって、そこにとらわれるのではなくて、色んなことをこのアルバムではやっている。そこには彼らの自己発見と可能性の追求がある。後のGorillazにも近い様な。それに対して、自分で思っていたよりも感動に近い感慨を持ちました。
