If you are looking for something like you would get from a high end furniture store this is not it. However, it’s a great piece for the money. It took me about 20 minutes to put it together using the screwdriver provided. Great instructions! You can anchor it to the wall using the hole provided on the back of the unit making it pretty stable. If you don’t want to use the top section for toilet paper you can remove the bar and place a square tissue box on its side and pull the tissue threw the slot meant for toilet paper. The screw heads show, but a little nail polish or paint solves that issue. I like the way the pieces fit together. They even include a removable hook that slips securely onto the top edge to hang a hand towel, shower scrubbie or whatever you want to use it for. It may help to wipe the pieces down with a little furniture polish first especially if you have dogs. The wood attracts hair due to a little static. I have pugs and it was impossible to keep the hair off while putting it together. I used a rag sprayed with pledge after I put it together and no more static. It appears to be painted with paint that will withstand moisture but I wouldn’t put anything soaking wet on it for a long period of time. I plan to use it for storing and extra roll of toilet paper in and cleaning supplies. You could probably attach a toilet paper holder to the side if you have the room and it makes sense to you. It is a cool white color, not a warm white if that helps. All in all it’s a nice piece and I am happy with it.

I bought this because I have a cat that loves to unravel and rip apart toilet paper rolls. I used to have to store the TP on a high shelf in the bathroom to keep it away from my cat. This protects the roll and is also a nice storage option. Plus side is that nothing needs to be screwed into the wall.One improvement would be for there to be a rod to go through the TP center so that it rolls easier. I took the spring loaded rod from the normal toilet dispenser and put it in the cabinet. It works much better with it, but it would be better if it was already set up or designed to accommodate a rod.

It looks great but you have to squeeze in the large rolls of toilet paper and squeeze them out when you need them.

I questioned my sanity for ordering this product at first. When it arrived it looked like a puzzle I would have to put together, so I saved it for the weekend. I was able to put it together by myself in under an hour. If you put something on upside down or backwards the whole thing doesn't work, so you have to pay attention to the directions. It does seem sturdy enough for light use in my ensuite bathroom. It is waterproof. The only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer would be to add a rod for the tp roll.
