Q: will these markers work on a wall painted with chalkboard paint ?

Hi, Thank you for your question. There are several types of chalkboard paint out there. While our markers will work on some of them, the odds are they will not. We suggest testing a very small area and leaving it for an hour or so and then trying to remove it. If we can be of any more assistance, don't hesitate to ask. Regards, Gary Precision Kitchenware

Yes- you need water (wetness) to remove these. They are liquid that dries.

It is similar to a crayola's thin marker.
