Great to use with standard 1 inch weights!
The unit seems well built. I wear 9-1/2 men, and I had to adjust thru rod to the lowest setting to keep my feet in place. If you have a small foot, this might not work well for you. It definitely exercises the front of you lower leg and it can be used as a one leg leg extension.

It’s OK if you’ll never adjust or add any actual weight.
There is a plastic ring on the part that adjusts. After first adjustment, this ring no longer fits as it should (see 1st pic). This could lead to movement/wiggle in the bar.The sleeve where the weights go is NOT a standard size. The collar will not hold the weight (25 pounds in the pics) in place. Halfway through a set of 15, the weight is an inch away from the base (2nd pic) and rocks back & forth on each rep making it slide even further. After a set with 35 pounds, the weight was all the way at the end of the sleeve (3rd pic). As the weight goes further out, it gets heavier so I could not finish the set. I’ve tried a Rogue collar thinking the collar that came with it might be the problem, but the Rogue one (one of the best on the market) doesn’t even grab onto the bar - it just slides off without any weight.Do not recommend.

Good so far except for the clamp
I bought this adjustable tib bar so me, my son, and my daughter could use it. So far it works great and can adjust because my daughters feet are much smaller. The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star is the clamp it came with slid off with 20lbs of weight on it. I use one of mine from my barbell when I use this to make up for that. Other than that it has been great so far for the first few weeks.

Prepare to modify for your application
Experienced the same clamp problems as other reviewers (with the 1" diameter and the angle involved in the exercise, this may be a problem with all tib bars).Initially, I also noticed the weld alignment of the heel bar was about 6 degrees off. Annoying enough, but combined with the loose adjustment pin fitment, the whole assembly slops and rattles around quite a lot! I'm out of the return window after procuring different clamps and will be plug welding the heel bar in place for alignment/stability.
