Below is my first review… To summarize it I wrote that the Viking Factory boxes were fantastic (I’ve ordered five total so far) but on this particular order one of the glass jars was missing. That is why I left a 3 Star rating instead of 5 Stars. Well I can and will change it to 5 Stars now. The customer service I received from the people at Viking Factory was far beyond what was necessary so I could get the one glass jar that was missing (hey, we all make errors). They were very understanding and went far out of their way to accommodate me. The boxes are beautifully made but their customer service was even better. I am going to buy more boxes because these are much more than stash boxes (but yes I use them for my 100% legal cannabis here in California). These also make great gifts. You can use them for many things (and I plan to). Yes there are many stash boxes here on Amazon. And I dont doubt that there are other fantastic boxes from other companies. But Viking Factory has both fantastic boxes and customer service. If there’s an error on their part they will absolutely help you to make everything 100% correct. If you are in the market for a stash/ keepsake box then Viking Factory should be your first stop.——————————————————————-Original Review:I have bought four boxes from Viking Factory. I love them all. They are made well and do the job they’re supposed to do. However.. when I received my latest box there was only one of the two glass jars that are supposed to come with it in the package. Okay.. things happen so I tried to contact them through the ways that Amazon suggested for me to do so. I was sent to their website where I filled out a form and then wrote a message detailing what happened, etc.. But then their website wouldnt let me sentd in the form and my message. I have no other way to contact Viking. I could do a complete return but that is silly because I want the box. But I also want the accessories I was supposed to get along with the box. I dont want to go through the hassle of repacking and then shipping the box back to them. If their website worked or there was a way to contact them then this could be handled easily and fairly. But since their website wont let me contact them then I am SOL in regards to that. Understand that the boxes are fantastic. But I also want the accessories I was also supposed to get. Things happen but when I can’t get in touch with them at all… It leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. I was planning on buying more boxes from them but if this cant be resolved I am going to have to rethink that. If this could’ve been handled easier this would have been a 5 Star review. The boxes are great. Hopefully they’ll be able to resolve this.

I gave this to my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. It's well made and has a lot of room.

Nice box and is decently sized!

Looks great and is well designed. My old gripe is the lock, it broke after only a few days of use.

It's nice to have everything I need in 1 box. I wish the wood piece for storage that is in the lid was taller, because things will often fall out when I close the lid. I have not used the jars to store my valuables so I have no comment on those.

This box is great! The jars are air tight and smell proof. I like the tray at the top makes it easy.

Its worth the price

The media could not be loaded.  I wish that the could hold my "cigars" for travel. And I wish the foam that comes inside was smaller or split so that I can keep some for organizational purposes.Literally the only two things I could find wrong with this item everything else is phenomenal the lock is sturdy easy to change and the accessories are gorgeous, matching, and useful. I love that it comes in white so it matches my dining room design. So it just Blends in with my wine cabinet.

The thought that was put into its functionality is appreciated, it’s well built and I love the compartments and how sturdy they are. I love it loads, and the jars & grinder that came with it are great quality also

I love it! It's were well made, high quality and well finished. Has everything I need from storage space to storage containers and extra accessories. The lock is a brilliant idea.The accessories are also made of good quality material and work excellent for their purpose. I could not be happier with this purchase. Well worth the money. Also the customer service is great and helpful with resolving any issues.Definitely would recommend and well worth the money
