I can pack so much into these cubes it's almost ridiculous. Less is more for me when traveling, but sometimes it just can't be helped. I have purchased 3 different sets of cubes; first set zipper busted right off and the company said it was the "top name brand" sturdy zipper - uh not. They refunded but who wants to go through that. The second one was too bulky albeit they held a lot just didn't fit well in my case. This set, I put it to the test. I shoved as much as I could into them i.e. sitting on it squishing etc. and was certain the zipper would break, but not did, they weren't bulky (a little poofy ) but I was able to fit it all in my little (19") carry-on with a little room left over. The only con is and it didn't matter to me is you can't see inside them.

I've had these a little over a month, have used them twice and am amazed at the difference they made in my travels.I shared a suitcase with my teenage daughter on one trip. We eached used one cube for clothes, each had shoes in a bag, all swimsuits went in a 3rd cube. The plastic bag was perfect for tolitries. We did not share a room so she was able to take her whole cube to her room and the plastic bag stayed in the bathroom.The 2nd trip i was able to use 1 carry on suitcase for a 3 day trip with my boyfriend. We each used 1 cube and a shoe bag and still had room for other necessities.The ability for these cubes to pack down by zip down a size also keeps clothes from ending up wrinkled, which may be my most favorite aspect.

These are great to travel with and separate out outfits, but as far as compression goes I’m not sure I’d consider them compression cubes. They did smush down some when you zip the outer zipper, but not enough to help save me much room. With that said, I used to separate out clothing items and then used to store dirty clothes on my 2 week trip. Washed them in the washer when I got home and they seem to have held up ok!

Listen, I am a habitual over packer. Can't help myself. I usually travel for weeks at a time and never know what I want to wear until I wake up that morning, so... the plan for your days/pack idea doesn't work for me. Also, an issue for me is needing spare room in my travel bags for me to bring things back! These were durable, breathable, easy to zip/compress, I love the color yellow, and the storage capacity was amazing. I didn't take photos the last time I traveled, I will make sure I take photos and upload them before the next trip. I would definitely order these again if I needed too.

Love these! I was unsure at first, but once I learned to pack them about 3/4 full before zipping, they made a huge difference. I fit way more in my bag and stayed organized—dresses in one, shirts in another, etc.The bright yellow and white make them easy to spot, and they’ve held up well through several tightly packed trips. Some people mentioned zipper issues, but mine have been smooth and solid. For the price, the value and functionality are excellent. Highly recommend!

I’m traveling with them right now and these compression bags are great. I wish there was one that was a little larger but other than that they compress beautifully and make travel so much easier.

I bought these at the last minute before traveling internationally. They were perfect for packing items in my carry-on and suitcase. I used one for things I would need during my flight and another for an emergency change of clothes in my carry-on. I was able to put my jacket in one as well. There is also one that works perfectly as a dirty laundry bag or for a pair of shoes. I love them so much that I am going to buy another set.

I bought these with the intention of travel using only a carry-on. They do have a compression zipper that goes all the way around to help squish it into a smaller package. The thing I realized too late is that the pouch does not open very far, so when you are packing and unpacking, you have to stuff the items into a half-open pouch, and when you are at your destination, it isn't very convenient to try to live out of. I had imagined that the packing cube would open along 3/4 of the perimeter, making it possible to see all the items inside, but half of the items are stuffed in there and you can't see them. Look carefully at the video and pictures. I got the dark gray/red zipper ones, and you can see the red zipper only goes halfway around, and the gray zipper compresses all the way around. This may be what you are looking for- it does compress all the way around. But if you were hoping to be able to use them on the shelf in your cruise cabin or in a drawer, you may find it is frustrating not to be able to open the cube all the way so you can see the contents without removing them.
