These worked great for me and my daughter in London. A couple other people had issues with other brands, but ours held up great. This is a high quality, very durable product.Please note: THIS IS NOT A CONVERTERMost modern electronics will convert for you (smart phones, laptops, tablets, etc), so you don’t need to worry about those. But hair dryers, curling irons, lamps and other items like those require a converter. Otherwise they will burn out... quickly.

The company sought my review before I even received the item. Once I received it and took it to Hanoi, it worked well and was used to charge two iPads via USB and for other electrical connections. We expect to take it to other countries.

Worked very well for my trip to Spain and Rome. Wish it was a lil more supportive since it carries the cube in the plug too but it works great!
