I got this deck to help reestablish myself with the tarot. I have several decks the Raider Waite. I have been doing tarot for many years since I was 16yrs old. I have done them on and off. I like this deck because it has the meanings of the cards. The zodiac signs the minor arcana falls under. Yes, no, numerology and the element the card falls under. They are beautifully made and have a nice hand feel to them. I do not find them hard to shuffle as my hands are small, they shuffle perfectly. I also find that I am drawn to this particular deck. The colors are nice and bright; the writing is legible. They are true to the Raider Waite deck as far as the pictures go.The come in a nice velvet pouch and include are chakra crystals. Very nice deck and priced reasonably.

Nice artwork: traditional but creative, bright and positive, as opposed to dark and murky. Much thicker and more rigid than the price suggests. The keywords and notations are helpful but minimal; not at all at odds with readings by experienced readers for real querents. The typeface fits the theme without being so artsy-craftsy that legibility suffers. Tall but narrow, which facilitates handling. Mine arrived, as I suspect most will, with no smell whatsoever. (Could that have been a spiritual anomoly?) Yes, that box is for the birds; I had to rip mine to pieces to extricate the cards! Meh. Store them in a small box or tray designed for index-sized cards: at the ready for insights and affirmations in between readings and study sessions. Let those spirits breathe!

All at a low cost compared to others?! Why wouldn’t you buy? If you’re a beginner, this is a great purchase and deal. Just ensure you safely cleanse and purify your tools before use, let your Tarot deck truly get to know you with proper energy transfer, and be kind to your divination tools! Regularly cleanse, reset, and allow them to experience their own form of a “breath of fresh air” so they may assist you more intensely! Blessed be!

I'm no expert on tarot cards. Just trying something new. But the cards feel great in my hands. I got them primarily to learn the basic "meaning" of each card. Which is printed on the card. And the deck comes with a small color pamphlet. Very small. But it does include additional information for each card.It also comes with a nice fabric pouch. Almost velvet like. So in my opinion, this item is well worth the price.

This was the first deck I ever bought (over a year ago). I've bought 73826994 other decks since then, and had left this one somewhere for a while. I've got it back now and I can say I did a good job choosing this deck as my first deck.I didn't understand what all of the symbols meant when I bought it, but now that I'm more educated on the subject, it's one of the few decks I've seen with decans listed. That's very niche, and I'm excited to read these again with more knowledge. I used to just flip and read willy nilly like I saw readers online doing, I encourage anyone to read a little bit about quantum physics and string theory to understand why some techniques are far superior to others.Look into card spreads also. I deviated from this deck at first because of course I wanted the beautiful different art work I saw on others, and I wanted to read without text on the card as well. HOWEVER, the fact that the text is small on these cards makes it a happy medium for quick spreads and aids in memorizing the associations. I've used other decks with different footnotes like chakra, music note associations etc and while that's useful, the card image is rather small. Since the text looks like a border, it doesn't distract the eye from the image of the card, which is essential for learning cartomancy.Overall, everyone interested in Tarot would benefit from this deck

I'm so happy with this deck and glad I chose the dark one. There are so many extra details directly on the cards for learning - I love it. I don't use the book that came with it because I have a larger more easy to ready brightly colored book.

These cards are great for learning tarot. The information is on the card so you don't have to keep referencing a book. Good way to learn the cards
