This product will not work with my HP Printer. The printer is detecting that this is not an original product and states that the chip does not match...absolutely will not work. The last box of cartridges worked, however, the system has updated and detects that this new product is false. Tried many different things and still will not work. The warranty states that the product has a 12 month guarantee, however, there is no contact information for a return/money back. Amazon only provides a one month window for returns on this product. Would give zero stars but not an option.

I ordered 2 of these and have no idea how,except they looked like HP. Not compatible with my copier and I've had them for 6 months, went to replace in my copy machinge and they don't work. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the package and it looked just like the HP package. What a rip and now I'm stuck with 2 packages I can't use. Wasted money that belongs to our association. UPDATE I was offered a refund for the ink. Much appreciated. Thank you.

It's terrible. HP did a software upgrade that makes HP compatible inks no longer compatible. No matter what color I put into a document, it always prints as pink. It will show the true color I picked on my screen, but prints pink. Shame on HP and there is no way to back off the upgrade that caused this. It's fraud to advertise these are HP compatible. What do I do?

After a recent update I needed a cartridge. I had a spare one of the same make as was already installed in the printer but the printer shut down and wouldn't work. After many attempts to retry using different strategies from U-tube and the internet I kept getting an error message stating that the cartridge I had installed wasn't an HP product.This went on over a period of two days. Finally, I became convinced that I had to buy OEM from HP.HP prices for the cartridges are crazy high!!I thought I'd just go out a buy another new printer but the new ones have tiny starter ink cartridges and within a few months I'd have to buy another set of cartridges anyway at a cost of approx $125 (plus tax). That didn't seem to be the answer.After looking at Amazon I saw this set. I took a chance, they claimed to be compatable with the latest update and there was recent reviews that were great.I'm so glad I did. After removing and installing the set the printer went through it's startup routine and I got a message on my computer saying that there was a cloned set intalled. I thought, Oh crap, it's not going to work. To my surprise, a "OK" button came up and I hit it.Well, It works!! It finalized it's initial startup and the printer now prints just as good or better than ever!I'm thrilled....
