Great rain jacket protection
Honestly, I did not think that this rain jacket was going to be approved by husband who works on a golf course! Not only did this jacket keep him dry, it's light enough so that he didn't become sweaty like those rubber type jackets! Definitely a spring/summer item though. Not meant for warmth.

A MUST HAVE
If u work in the rain and your tired of being wet this is exactly what u need. I've been in some terrible weather and when I took this off I was completely dry. The. Next item I want is the pants. The jacket is light weight and flexible to move around in. When I bought it I was skeptical like this isn't going to keep me dry but after I wore it in the rain one time and my shirt was the only part of me dry I was a believer. Also the pockets are perfect size and keep everything dry as well.

Light weight and effecting in the Scottish Highlands
Used the jacket for a week hiking the Scottish Highlands, it rained almost non-stop and the jacket performed excellent. Was great for a wind breaker also, had high winds with temperatures in the low 50's but with a few light layers under the jacket, I was comfortable. Also, this jacket is very light weight which is important when packing a suitcase for an international flight.

The zipper is the weak spot.
The zipper is the weak spot. Water will definitely get in during torrential downpour or heavy windy conditions. Some people complain it’s not breathable, it is, just don’t expect it to be as breathable as a vented pro quality hiking jacket.I wear it while motorcycling and it works well enough unless it’s a heavy downpour.Made of tyveck, which is fine, I prefer tyveck over pvc any day. The cheap plastic buttons failed on the first day. They can’t hold at all.
